AFCEA Hawai'i Monthly Luncheon ProgramFrom January – November on the second Tuesday of the month.
From January – November on the second Tuesday of the month, AFCEA Hawaii conducts a luncheon in which key issues such as the role of the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA), Army Information Technology, Telemedicine, and the Pacific Missile Range are presented by distinguished speakers.
We plan to hold all of our luncheons at the Hale Ikena on Fort Shafter(Bldg 711)
AFCEA Hawai`i Photography/Videography/Audio Recording Policy
Attendees are not permitted to photograph, record, or videotape any portion of the AFCEA Hawai`i Luncheon Presentation.
Failure to comply with this policy shall result in confiscation of devices or material, removal of the individual(s) and administrative action under government guidelines.
Attendees understand that AFCEA Hawai`i and authorized Speaker representatives may conduct interviews and take photographs and/or audio/video tape any portion of the Luncheon. These photographs, videos and recordings are for use by AFCEA Hawai`i and the Speaker only.
Luncheon registration refunds will be paid to the payee only if the luncheon registration(s) is/are cancelled prior to the 4:00pm registration deadline on the Friday immediately prior the scheduled luncheon. Cancellation notices must be received as an email by either the Vice President of Programs (firstname.lastname@example.org) or the Treasurer (email@example.com) prior to the aforementioned 4:00pm registration deadline.
1. “Parking 1” above. Preferred: In front of Hale Ikena. Often fills up rapidly after 1100 so an early arrival before 1100 works best. Several handicap spots are available under the entry Portico.
2. “ Parking 2” above: Adjacent to the golf course.
3. “Parking 3” above: In the gulch at the base of the entry road as shown.
